The Word of God is living and active. When I stand to preach or teach, my goal is never performance — it is faithfulness. To open the text, let it speak, and invite people into the life it offers.
Messages are shaped by both the text and the real lives of the people listening. Truth without relevance stays on the shelf. Relevance without truth has no power to transform.
Some of the most important work happens off the stage. Investing in emerging leaders, walking alongside pastors and marketplace Christians, and creating space for honest conversation about calling, character, and cost.
Mentorship is slow work. It is also the work that multiplies.
